Can I study abroad as a Biological Sciences major?

In several cases, YES.

To incorporate study abroad into your grad plan thoughtfully, students must examine which programs they are eligible for based on:

  • what they would like to gain from a study abroad experience

  • and the specific major and degree requirements they will prioritize during their departure

Biological Sciences students are encouraged to explore

—programs that are offered during the Summer & Winter sessions or during Spring break, so that consistent progress can be made across all major degree requirements without interruption.

Interrupting the completion of LEP-Benchmark requirements is strongly discouraged and should not be attempted.

After a student identifies the specific program they want to enroll in, they are then prepared to incorporate study abroad into their grad plan thoughtfully.
